Born and raised in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, Jacob has always had immense pride in developing the city he grew up in. 

After earning a degree for sustainable development from the University of California Berkeley as well as a Master's degree, he set off overseas for a 5 year professional basketball career before settling back and jump starting his real estate in development career.
